You grew up in a farming community. Life was hard, but family and laughter made it worthwhile...until it wasn't. An unwanted treaty between the Warforged and your country displaced entire villages. Furious over the loss of your home, you joined your neighbors in a violent rebellion. The battles that followed escalated until explosions decimated and poisoned your home.
A once lush terrain became little more than smoke and...rubble and radiation. The oasis was gone. You watched as your home became an apocalyptic wasteland, and it changed you to your core.
Adapting to your environment, you hobbled together weapons from ruble and took to the road as a nomadic mercenary for hire. Little by little, your "humanity" was forgotten. The last vestiges of your old life faded away and the ruthless vigilante was born.

You have an excellent memory for maps and geography, and you can always recall the general layout of terrain, settlements, and other features around you. In addition, you can find food and fresh water for yourself and up to five other people each day, provided that the land offers berries, small game, water, and so forth.
Suggested Characteristics
Often considered rude and uncouth, outlanders have little respect for the niceties of life in the cities. The ties of tribe, clan, family, and the natural world of which they are a part are the most important bonds to most outlanders.
