You spent some time working with the dead, perhaps in the graveyard of a town or temple. Other people find you off-putting or creepy, so the company you keep is... not so talkative. The dead are good listeners, and even if they aren't actually listening, the company brings you happiness. You may have been a gravedigger, a tombstone crafter, a mortician, or any number of things.
- Skill Proficiencies: Choose two from Stealth, History, Investigation, Religion
- Tool Proficiencies: Mason's Tools and Carpenter's Tools.
Spending so much time around the dead has made them rub off on you. Most people find your presence unnerving, and may take measures, good or bad, to get you out of their hair sooner rather than later. The undead find your presence less offensive than other living folk, and may be more inclined to aid or speak to you. In addition, your presence in places such as a cemetery or mausoleum seems so natural that most will not question it.
