Ever since you can remember, you have been trained to kill devils and those who worship them at all costs. You were taught how to find, track, and kill the infernal horrors and bring freedom back to the land they once ruined.

When you choose this background, work with your DM to determine which organization you were a part of, how far through its ranks you progressed, and what kind of experiences you had during your devil hunting career. Was it a group of traveling hunters, or a standing guard against devils in one place.

The devil slayer orders are known for fighting against the forces of lawful evil. You can usually get on the good side of good and chaotic creatures and can sometimes convince them to join you on a mission that somehow involves fighting against devils or other lawful evil characters.
