The background is very flexible, but every one with it having trouble contact to others and keeping relationships. You might hide your disorder or having no choice but showing it.

Skill Proficiencies: Proficiencies: You get proficiency and advantage on the perception and survival skills, but disadvantage on charisma checks meant to convince others.

Tool Proficiencies: Tool Proficiencies: You don't have a tool proficiencies

Languages: Languages: You know three languages, you can choose.

Equipment: Two Daggers, 10 golds, A paper with your info on it, a rope, some close from your past.

D.I.D: You might not be aware of it, but you could have a Dissociative Identity Disorder, which means that their multiple identities inside of you, they have their own personality and interests and sometimes a class. D.I.D can be caused by a trauma and you can get to an interesting roleplay with it, though you have to remember that this isn't a joke, but a serious condition.

Schizophrenia: A condition causing you to see/hear stuff, can also make you bad at perception checks or any wisdom related check, you can also change your proficiencies if it works for your role play and once again, you have to remember that this isn't a joke, but a serious condition.

You can use every other condition that come to mind but be respectful and remember that their is no joke with mental disorders what so ever.
