Your character was from the slums of whatever city you just so happened to be living in and because that was the case no one would have noticed if some kid went missing in the slums. Thus you were taken, kidnapped and taken to a research facility by the current government and experimented on altering your physiology permanently. You have better senses better durability and better eyes. After the experiments were done you were forced to do jobs for said government, but you got out and are trying to make up for the sins you made in the past.
