You are a completely delusional man, your mind distorts and you are unable to differentiate it from reality or not. Randomly every day roll a 1d100 to materialize a curse that only you can see, after the effects end you are convinced that it was all true and it would be near impossible to convince you otherwise, you may choose a single delusion to keep permanently, you have ADV on telling people about that delusion and convincing them through persuasion, to tell people of your delusions it is persuasion and not deception even though they aren't reality.
You cannot be made to fall unconscious, instead you enter a nightmare-ishly or dreamily twisted version of your surroundings and keep going unless fully killed, in this state you roll death-saves as a free action.
You cannot be knocked out, you do not fall unconscious when you fall to or below 0 hp, and even if you are put to magical sleep, you roll another saving throw, if successful you enter the night-marish world of your subconscious.
