Reason for Travel

You left home, perhaps out of boredom, the need for adventure, necessity, the loss of a home, or out of fear for your very life. Why you left doesn’t matter now as the road now feels like home.

1 I fled after my family was killed. I was the only survivor and wish I wasn’t such a coward.
2 I grew tired of my old life, so I left to forge a new path.
3 I left in pursuit of a lover who went on a grand quest and I had stayed behind and now I regret it.

Common Folk are willing to take you in, seeing you as a good natured traveler and will give you a place to stay if you need it and they are willing to help you out sometimes for the right price or some help later down the line.
