Oracles give wise and insightful consult to those with coin, using diviniations from the Gods. Oracles are priests or priestesses that have opened themselves completely to the gods. All major cities have an oracle.
- Skill Proficiencies: You gain proficiency in your choice of two skills: Arcana, History, Religion, or Insight.
- Tool Proficiencies: You gain proficiency with Calighrapher's tools.
- Languages: You learn to speak Celestial and three other languages of your choosing.
- Equipment: You carry with you a crystal ball used for communicating with the gods.
You were once a priest or priestess of a temple for a god. You devoted yourself to them, gave yourself completely to them. The first time you received a prophecy from a god is still a vivid memory to you. You were promoted to Oracle where you sat each day in the temple, taking coin to tell an individual a prophecy or answer a burning question to the gods.

At 3rd level you learn to cast Identify as a Ritual.
At 8th level you tap deeper into your bond with your god, and gain the ability to cast Commune without being inside a temple.
At 15th level, you learn to cast Foresight.

Suggested Characteristics
1 - You received a prophecy that scared you to your very bone. Unable to ignore it, you set out to find the person in the prophecy and warn them of their fate.
2 - You were kicked out of the church for some immoral act or deed as deemed by the god worshipped there. You seek either revenge against them, or re-entry by proving your faith.
3 - You caught somebody stealing sacrifices to your god, and when you went to stop them, they threatened your life. In fear, you fled the city.
