The Topaz Tide are a notorious sea faring organisation, made up of raiders, plunderers, and charismatic captains.
Their aloof nature has made it very hard to pinpoint their rules and behaviours. However, since they have been officially commissioned in the war by the Skjel Empire, they are now more open.
Each ship is led by a captain, and multiple captains will pay homage and tribute to a Topaz Prince or Princess. These, in turn, give a portion of their bounty and earning, and their full loyalty, to the Topaz Queen.
The Topaz Queen has begun socialising more with her underlings, and some even say she personally spoke with the Skjel Empress to complete their deal.

The reputation of the Topaz Tide may also be enough to persuade docks and port workers to aid you.
