Cult Martyr v.2

You are in some way touched by a force or deity, and as a result have found yourself as a martyr or a holy figurehead of sorts for a cult or religious organization. Maybe you are a child of the deity or power you serve, maybe you are a holy warrior for your cult's deity, maybe you are intended to one day sacrifice yourself in the name of the deity, or maybe you are considered an extension of the deity themselves. In any case, you have some sort of connection to a powerful being that has granted you power and high status within the cult, and you are used to being treated with deference and respect, if not worshipped.

Your cult may not necessarily be evil; the power you serve may well be a force for good. However, it is not a typical church or religious organization.

Skill Proficiencies: You are proficient in Religion, Arcana, and 1 out of Intimidation, Deception, Performance, or Persuasion.

Tool Proficiencies: You are proficient in your choice between: 1 simple or martial weapon of your choice, calligrapher's tools, an herbalism kit, or a poisoner's kit.

Languages: Choose one exotic language (Abyssal, Celestial, Deep Speech, Draconic, Infernal, Primordial, or Sylvan)

Equipment: A toolkit associated with the proficiency you chose; a sacrificial dagger, a religious symbol or text pertaining to your cult, a set of light to medium armor designed by your cult, and a pouch containing 5 gp.
