You have advantage on all attempts of harming a government figure and gain inspiration after successfully killing one

For Spell caster classes or rouge

as rouge when attempting to assassinate a government figure you do max double damage and backstab damage is tripled + 2d6 fire damage

as a spell caster you have advantage on all spells using fire damage you do 1.5 times max damage on government figures.

as a bonus action you can set something on fire within sight. you can't set anything living or attached to a living creature.

you get no starting money, instead you have 120 gas powered lighters and 50 hair spray bottles. 

you gain resistance to fire damage 

you take half damage when you are within sight of a government figure you plan to assassinate you take half damage, if you fail at killing the government figure then you take double the damage you would of taken all at once.

every time you meet a government figure you must make a wisdom save of 15 - level/4 + how tyrannical of a government figure they are and how oppressive they are to their people times 10(this can go into the negatives)  - the state of the place they manage. if you fail this save you must remove the government figure from power within one week.

for example if a government figure is very unoppressive and is nice and you are level 8 and the state of the town is great then it could look like this 

15 - 2 + - 20 - 5 

13-20 -5

-7-5

-12 

its a dc -12 to save  is that even possible to fail? Im genuinely curious.

in the worst situation it could look like 15 - 0.25 + 70 - -15

if you die directly to a prominent government figure don't roll your death saves. you get one round to kill them or die no saves.
