“The first gift is hunger. It is His blessing. It is our call to bring death. The second gift is death. Death proves our strength. Death purges our fear. The third gift is fear. We fear that we will fail Him. We fear the onset of hunger.”

The Beast Of Butchery, Yeenoghu. This demon lord, taking the form of a massive amber-eyed hyena, has one true goal - civilization degrading into a savannah of blood and guts. Yeenoghu’s worshippers consist mostly of Gnolls, but the Gnoll Father accepts servants of all races, known as Fangs, who are chosen by the Lord Of Savagery to enact His will - bloodthirsty violence.

As a Fang Of Yeenoghu, the god you worship must be Yeenoghu. Work with your DM to determine what brought you into the fold, and how it affects your class.

Bards may be drawn to the College of Whispers, using their skills to incite fear in their enemies. Clerics may draw their powers from Domains that favor Yeenoghu like Chaos, Evil, and War. Druids may belong to Circles like Wildfire, setting their battlefields ablaze, or Shepherds guiding packs of hyenas. Fighters may become Battle Masters or Champions, commanding their packs as alphas. Monks may choose the Way Of Shadow, relishing in the fear of their enemies. Paladins may take Oaths of Conquest, or Vengeance against Baphomet, Yeenoghu’s sworn enemy. Rangers may become Beast Masters or Monster Slayers, hunting powerful creatures in Yeenoghu’s name. Rogues may be trained Assassins, bringing down leaders and politicians. Sorcerers and Warlocks may draw their powers from Yeenoghu Himself as Chaotic Evil Divine Souls and form Blade and Chain Pacts with Him. And Wizards may be drawn to Enchantment Schools or War Magic to overpower enemies when weapons fail.

Tool Proficiencies: You are proficient in Poisoner's Kits or Thieves' Tools.
Languages: You speak Abyssal and Gnoll.

Those who look into your eyes can see that you have committed acts of unimaginable violence, and have no qualms about doing it again. Though they might fear you, urchins of the undercity and roadside bandits will extend to you every courtesy and do their utmost to help you, if only to avoid your wrath.

Additionally, you can spend an hour of downtime observing people around you to get a good idea of what sort of things could anger or frighten them - should you need to resort to chest-thumping and intimidation - at the DM’s discretion.
