The origins and cause of the hunt may be due to your own actions, or was the narrative you weave that you were wrongfully accused? Be that as it may, your crimes are well-known throughout the region and most people are wary of you and know your face. You must find a way to redeem yourself and clear your name. Alternatively, you may embrace this image the world has cast upon you and become truly diabolical.
- Skill Proficiencies: You are proficient two skills in total. Proficiency in Intimidation. Then choose one other skill from among Deception, Sleight of Hand, Survival, Performance, Persuasion, or History.
- Equipment: A Vagabond's Pack (containing a bedroll, two torches, two daggers, a simple ranged weapon of your choice, ten arrows or crossbow bolts, a net, a vial of ink, an ink pen, a book of idle thoughts and scribbles, and a tinderbox), an (optional) musical instrument, a set of traveler's clothes, and 1 cp. "A copper for your thoughts."
You were accused of a crime, one you may or may not have commit. Now wanted by the law, you wonder to what end will these bounty hunters continue the chase. Whatever the crime was, it defined the outlook of your life as an adventurer. Choose an event that granted you your reputation, your nefarious deed that gave you a name (you can use the table provided). Also create a title that people refer to you as. A name that when uttered flicks recognition across any stranger's face that hears it and instills a sense of dread and fear.

This background is intended for use in 5e
At DM's discretion <3 - (optional feature) the player gets advantage on Charisma checks they are proficient in (i.e. intimidation by default. Then deception, persuasion, or performance) directed at one creature of their choice. Similar to Friends cantrip but creature can be friend or foe.
