Scion Of The Crinthi Image

Prerequisite: Must be Half-Drow (Criniti)

In the past, among the idly rich Crinti of Dambrath, many nobles found thrills in the havoc they wreaked on their traditional foes.  The Halflings of Lurien, the wild elves of the Forest of Amtar, and the wizards of Halruaa. While the Crinti rule of Dambrath ended over century ago, their traditions continue in the form of Shadow Marauders.  These riders take pleasure in instilling uncertainty in their prey from a shroud of shadows, then imparting feelings of fearful surprise as the marauders appear without warning, escalating finally to sheer terror as the chase begins. Few actually see Crinti shadow marauders coming, and fewer live to tell the tale.

Skill with horse and the arts of stealth are key areas that these Crinti train themselves in the shadows of the nation that forged their traditions.  Where once they ruled, they now are outcasts to the Drow of T'lindhet below, and hated by the Shebali, the former subjects and second class citizens.  But where the Crinti shadow marauders were found almost exclusively in Dambrath, now they have spread.  As a consequence of being "freed" from the chores of aristocracy of the land they once ruled some now travel and ply their skills for their own causes in the world.
