From a young age, set apart from the others around you, you spent many of your days under the tutelage of a dragon, who passed their skills, abilities, and morals on to you. The mark of the dragon rests clearly on your body, and it invigorates you with draconic magic.

Choose a dragon with your DM, this is your Dragon Trainer. Your dragon's ancestry is treated as your own.

Skill Proficiencies: Any two of your choice from: History, Intimidation, Nature, Perception, Survival
Languages: Draconic
Equipment: A set of common clothes, and a pouch containing 50 GP.

Breath Weapon

Dragon, damage type, size, save

Feature: Draconic Spirit

The mark of your dragon is known to dragons, dragonborn, and any others who may have interacted with your dragon. Depending on their history, this can cause creatures witnessing your mark to be more inclined to be friendly, intimidated, or openly hostile.

Your mark also allows you to use the breath weapon associated with your draconic ancestry. Each creature in the area must make a saving throw, and the DC of this save is 8 + your modifier + your proficiency. The type of save and modifier is determined by your draconic ancestry. On a failed save, creatures take 2d6 (+ d6 at 6th, 11th, and 16th level) in the appropriate damage type, or half this on a successful save. You can use this ability once per short or long rest.
