You were once a changeling who had an eventful life (e.g crime or rebellion) and when trying to escape something one day something happened causing you to stay as the race you became. Your old life is slowly slipping away as you continue and many people do not believe it is you there. You keep some of your changeling skills. Due to your life as a changeling you are almost indistinguishable as your current race and have that races stats.

Due to your life as a changeling you are familiar with illusions you have advantage on checks against illusions. You have disadvantage on checks about convincing people of your past (even if you have advantage it is cancelled out and is still disadvantage). Your voice is still good at mimicking so any deceptions check that you make about your identity are at disadvantage.
