You are known and feared by many. They hide when they see you walking down the paths, with your coin bags and letters. They tremble when you walk up to them, palm stretched out, smiling like a hyena. You don't even need to mention why you're there - they were told the night prior to your journey. You have left families to starve and die homeless, all for those sweet, sweet coins. Even when people attempt to conceal their gold, you know exactly where it is. Even bandits, the lowest of the low, fear you as if your some monster. Yet, you don't care - as long as you get their money, you're happy

Once every long rest, you can call upon an unknown spell, which gives you authority to take up to 5% of an area's total money. You can take the money from anywhere: from a sole household to possibly even a king's vault. You can also put a shop entirely out of business. The money doesn't have to be coins, it could possibly be assets. however, during this spell, all NPCs will fear you, and may even attack you if they see you take their money or assets.
