1. Character Backgrounds and Classes

In the Valkyrion Region, characters are defined not just by their class but also by unique backgrounds that reflect the rich culture and diverse environment of the region. These backgrounds provide characters with specific skills, proficiencies, and starting equipment that align with the Valkyrion Region's Pokemon-themed setting. Valkyrion Specific Backgrounds:

Sky Raider

• Skill Proficiencies: Acrobatics, Intimidation
• Tool Proficiencies: Cartographer’s Tools, Vehicles (air)
• Equipment: Winged harness, goggles, a collection of maps, a dagger, a belt pouch containing 10 gp
• Feature: Can expertly navigate the air currents, allowing for faster travel when flying and the ability to perform daring feats of acrobatics in the air.

Skill Proficiencies: Acrobatics, Intimidation

Tool Proficiencies: Cartographer’s Tools, Vehicles (air)

Languages: Flying (Avian)

Equipment: Winged harness, goggles, a collection of maps, a dagger, a belt pouch containing 10 gp
