You were taken by the Dracni in a raid on your village. They were brutal and efficient, killing those too weak for physical labour and enslaving everyone else in sight. You were forced to watch these violent acts, your friends and family enslaved and your countless dead devoured and defiled. If you are a man, at best you were going to die of exhaustion, working in the mines or in the fields under the encouragement of your Master's whips. If you are a woman a worse fate would await you. Dracni are a single sex breed. They will force themselves upon you and you will be condemned to a fate worse than death as the warrior who captured you uses you as their concubine.
Years have passed since your capture. You have been scarred and broken from your time in Dracni society. A constant reminder is the brand the Dracni placed upon you, a permanent and painful reminder of what you have gone through. Each Dracni has a unique brand to identify which slaves are theirs. You have escaped, or have been left for dead after being worked to the bone. You are free in a world that frightens and abandons you. You are a wretch, worked to the bone who barely made it out with their life. What will you do now?
- Skill Proficiencies: You did what you had to survive and you did it well.
- Tool Proficiencies: If you are a man then the Dracni would have had you doing a trade, some form of hard labour that benefits their society. If you are a women you need no tool but your body.
- Languages: You spent enough time to have a basic understanding of the Dracni tongue.
