At some point you were exposed to a curse, this curse now inhabits your body as a separate personality who will act to their own whims.
- Skill Proficiencies: you can choose two proficiencies for each personality between insight, religion, history and intimidation.
- Languages: you gain the languages abyssal and two others (any) (the two others are split between you and your split personality)
- Equipment: you get 1 knife, 20 gp and rations for 5 days.
You gain 3 “change” charges (regain with long rest) letting you change and become your other personality.
Using a “change” charge costs a bonus action, when you have “changed” you still keep your remaining actions.
When you change your body gets covered in occult markings and everyone around you can sense at least some level of “evil” from you.
Your other personality used the same hp, spells and spell slots but can have a different subrace, alignment and proficiencies. I suggest a second character sheet for those things. (Do keep track of hp and spell slots!)
To turn back to your own self you have to roll a con save (DC 15) and when you turn back you lose all remaining actions of that turn, failing the save does nothing.
If you experience severe anger or sadness, you have to roll a con save (DC10) and if you fail this you will also switch personality (unless already switched) this does not cost a “change” charge.
The personalities have a limit of two proficiencies that the other one doesn’t have.
Spell List
You can choose one [any] cantrip that fits with the personality and add it to the cantrips on your alternate personality’s sheet, but it will be cast as if it’s a spell from your class (unless you don’t use a casting class, then it uses it’s basic casting skill).

the only thing i suggest is to pick alignment for the 2nd sheet in the "evil" category, but this is optional.
