such is the life of Claret Orders Operative, ever ready to fight the darkness from within it. The claret orders specialize in the dubious art of hemocraft, a divine gift, directive and curse; from the matron of ravens. Whilst king and lord shed no tear for the plight of commoners against the macabre and infernal creatures, the Orders are there, in the shadows doing what needs to be done.

all operatives of the Claret orders use hemocraft to gain an edge in combat and in the field, the most infaoumous of them are the Blood Hunters who argue that blood on it's own is not a suffcient sacrifice. By drinking hunter's Bane, a person can sacrfice their own humanity and become the monster to hunt the monster.

when creating a Claret Orders Operative, consider what is your current relationship with the Orders? have you made the great sacrifice and became a blood hunter? what made you join this secret society? were you recruited out of the blue? or did you seek them out?

Skill Proficiencies: You gain proficiency with Stealth and a proficiency with one of the following skills of your choice: Intimidation, Perception, Arcana or religion.

Tool Proficiencies: Choose one of the following: Disguise kit, Leatherworker's tools, Poisoner's kit, Alchemist's supplies or Herbalism kit

Languages: choose one of the following: celestial, Infernal, Abysal, Deep speech, Sylvan or Draconic.

Equipment: A set of traveler's clothes, holy symbol (of the matron of ravens or some other god of your choice), Dagger, and a pouch containing 15 gp.
