D&D beyond doesn't allow new languages to be added, so some languages map to others as followed:

• Elvish -> Common Elvish
• Sylvan -> Ancient Elvish
• Dwarvish -> Common Dwarvish
• Undercommon -> Ancient Dwarvish
• Primordial -> Ent Language
• Orcish -> Common Orcish
• Goblin -> Similar to Orcish, but less sophisticated dialect
• Deep Speech -> The Forbidden language of the Enemy
