All drow in the Lolthian society of Menzoberranzan attend Tier Brieche, the famed academy of the Dark Elves which looms on a high plateau on the western end of the City of Spiders.  This academy consists of 3 structures:  Melee Magthere, Sorcere, and Arach Tinilith.  Every drow attends each sect of the Academy to diversify their training and education, but each specializes in one for the majority of their decades there.

Melee Magthere

The Lolthian Warriors who focuses on the martial, train relentlessly and develop reflexes renowned throughout Faerun for their dextrous deadly precision.  These fighters are constantly tested by Tier Brieche's Weapon Master at Melee Magthere for 10 years.

Sorcere

The infamous wizards and sorcerers of Menzoberranzan attend Sorcere where they will train in the arcane arts, learning to manipulate magic for 30 years.  It is a coveted achievement to be accepted into Sorcere for magical prowess is often the only way males can achieve or attain any real power in the Matriarchial society of drow.  Sorcere is headed by the residing Archmage of Menzoberranzan.

Arach Tinilith

The priestesess of Lolth are taught and led by  the Matron Mistress of Tier Brieche at Arach Tinilith.  Females spend 50 years learning the rituals, tenants, and dogma of Lolth.  The matriarchal paradigm is further cemented during graduation which include demon summoning and sexual orgies of female priestesses dominating their male wizards and fighter counterparts.
