The people of the Acamonian Empire bear deep spiritual and religious ties to the winds and weather of the world. According to them, the winds serve as the voice of the divine, and it is believed that all who die become one with the winds. But the weather has also proven an obstacle to life within the empire. Unpredictable at best and destructive at worst, Acamonians who live outside the comfort and protection of larger cities rely on so-called Sky Seers to survive—special navigators who study air currents and weather patterns using magic to locate safe routes and areas. These sages of the elements can also, supposedly, receive divine portents through the winds.

Feature: Weather Portents
As part of a 1 hour ritual, you can meditate beneath the open sky to accurately predict weather and wind patterns in the nearby region for the next 24 hours. At your DM's discretion you may receive divine portents of things to come during these meditations. Such portents are often vague or cryptic, but might also entail detailed visions.
Suggested Characteristics
Some Sky Seers bear an aura of sagacity and wisdom, naturally commanding respect and attention when entering a room. Others may appear eccentric or detached, communing with unheard voices and appearing to drift off into trances at seemingly random moments. What unites them all is a strong faith and a fascination with the natural world.
