An Aeronaut can gain a crew position on almost any Airship, Blimp, Balloon, or Spelljammer seeking experienced hands. As such if such a vessel is looking for help, they can gain a cot and meals as well as a daily wage (5 silver per day) for any trip between major cities/locations. With proper convincing, most air captains will let an experienced Aeronaut bring a companion or three along for the ride as long as the landlubbers stay out of the way.
