Outcast Of The Sylvan Courts Image

Background: Outcast of the Sylvan Courts

Description: Your character, an Elf born of noble lineage, once revelled in the opulent splendour of the Feywild's grand courts. Blessed with the gifts of both beauty and magic, they seemed destined for greatness among their kin. However, fate had other plans. A series of unfortunate events and a clash of ideals led to their eventual exile from the tightly woven tapestry of Elf society.

Exile in the Wilds: Cast out from their homeland, your character found themself adrift in the mortal realm, a stranger in a strange land. With nowhere else to turn, they sought refuge amidst the ancient woods, where the whispers of the trees and the song of the wind offered solace to their wounded spirit. Embracing the solitude of the wilderness, they forged a new life for themself among the tangled roots and shadowed glens, far from the prying eyes of their kin.

A New Path: In their exile, your character discovered a newfound purpose: to share their knowledge and wisdom with those who dared to walk the path of the rogue or delve into the mysteries of arcane magic. Drawing upon her own experiences and honing their skills through years of solitary study, they became a mentor and guide to those who sought them out, offering sanctuary and guidance to all who were willing to learn.

The Call of Adventure: Now, as whispers of darkness stir in the heart of the forest and rumours of ancient evils resurface, your character feels the call to action once more. With their past looming behind them and the promise of adventure ahead, they set out into the world once more, ready to face whatever challenges lie in wait and prove that even an outcast of the Sylvan Courts can leave a mark upon the tapestry of fate.

Feature: Researcher

When you attempt to learn or recall a piece of lore, if you do not know that information, you often know where and from whom you can obtain it. Usually, this information comes from a library, scriptorium, university, or a sage or other learned person or creature. Your DM might rule that the knowledge you seek is secreted away in an almost inaccessible place, or that it simply cannot be found. Unearthing the deepest secrets of the multiverse can require an adventure or even a whole campaign.
