You gain the Aberrant Dragonmark Feat. From Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron.
In your travels, you eventually encountered a dragon which is the cause of this Dragonmark for one reason or another, either as a curse upon you or as a gift due to certain actions. Or even still, maybe they just wished to see how your life would play out with it
