- Tool Proficiencies: A Texas Ranger is an adept at driving any land vehicle that America can produce, and they are able to tinker or improvise on some of the most complicated machines and devices, even those created within the Endless Nation.
Other than the Endless Nation, the legendary Rangers are always given quarter, ammunition and supplies in all territories whenever the badge of a Ranger is presented. For the locals, the thrill to host and cater to a Ranger can be seen almost everywhere; many people desire to be beguiled with stories of gun fights and notorious criminals brought to justice. Guards, police and military personnel in all territories respect and tolerate a Ranger's presence in their city so long as their laws are not violated. Rangers are known to have impeccable memory of every territory's law and rule, except those of the Endless Nation. A Ranger even has the opportunity to join local authorities during arrests or raids on criminals and gangs if he or she so chooses.
