You summon a spectral fiery bird linked to your own sprit. The Phoenix has the same amount of hit points as your max health. You can choose to move around the Phoenix but the Phoenix must stay within 20 feet of you. The Phoenix has a fly speed and any creature except for you that is near it takes 3d8 damage plus your charisma modifier. If you choose the Phoenix can absorb half of the damage you take into itself

If you die and your Phoenix is alive you can use this ability to revive yourself with the same health that your Phoenix has. Once you use this ability you cannot use this ability again for there days.
If you die but you do not have your Fiery Rebirth ability available and your Phoenix is active than your Phoenix in a dramatic death sequence explodes in a 20 feet radius dealing 10d10 damage to all creatures around in the area.
