For the Prison pack campaign that I'm starting, this background is for prisoners who are extremely dangerous, usually maximum security or supermax. They always wear black and white, since at least some of the crimes they committed were violent crimes. These people usually remain dangerous even when imprisoned, but sometimes they start to change like most people would when in prison, but very rarely. These prisoners often become the leader of a gang, and those gangs will claim territories in the prison. Each prisoner who wishes to use the objects within the territory must pay a certain amount of money to the gang. The gang members usually hate members of other gangs. Gangs will claim rooms like cafeterias, gyms, and showers as their territory. Prison guards will often try to stop gangs from claiming territory at first, but if the gangs grow powerful enough they might try to get the guards on their side, and if they can't they'll often kill the guards. Prisoners with this background are usually pretty dangerous, but prisoners with the Monster background are the most dangerous.
