
The darkness in the world and the monsters that reside there have always held a sick kind of fascination for you. Never embracing it, but finding ways to eliminate and remove vile fiends and creatures of the night from the face of the world. Dark rituals, magical weapons and any kind of knowledge you're able to get your hands on help you on your path but there is always a cost to such things. A cursed weapon, a wound that never fully heals, nightmares and whispers in the dead of night that make you wake up in a cold sweat, blade in hand. This is a life you chose, and once chosen there is no going back. All you can do is hold on to whatever willpower you have inside yourself and make sure that all of the knowledge and skills you gather don't eventually lead you to the most logical end. You becoming the monster that someone else has to hunt.

Your life was touched by the unnatural at an early age, and your future has been greatly impacted by it. This event has driven you in the single minded pursuit of knowledge and skills focused on one specific area of dark knowledge and will give you greater insights into their insidious machinations. You will do whatever it takes, no matter what the cost to gather the knowledge you seek to hunt down and destroy your chosen foe.
