( cut and dry, your character has tourette syndrome)
growing up in the sticks, in your run of the mill farming village, it was rough. all the children, and even the adults laughed and poked fun at you due to your seemingly unstable vocal outbursts. no one could quite figure out what the cause of it was, not even the elderly wizard whom lived on the outskirts of the town. although to alleviate some of the confusion, you decided to give your anomalous condition a name. "Abrupt Sound Syndrome" After living your life for so long around the same people, day after day. being mocked and scoffed at, treated differently for something you couldnt control, nor understand you decided that once you were of suitable age, you would leave your home and venture off, finding companions who would treat you like an equal.
- Having this feat allows you to cast the spell Unstable Mockery
- with your odd and unknown condition you have managed to take advantage of its sporadic nature: At the beginning of your turn in combat roll a d100, if the result is 60 or higher you may cast unstable mockery as a bonus action.
You unleash a string sporadic insults and profanity that you manage to lace with subtle enchantments at a creature you can see within range. If the target can hear you (though it need not understand you), it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or take 1d6 psychic damage and have disadvantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn.
This spell's damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).
