Any time an undisguised band member interacts with a new NPC, the DM must roll a flat luck check. On a 1, the NPC is a hater and the band member gets disadvantage on all charisma-based checks. On a 2-10, the NPC has never heard of them and the band member rolls charisma-based checks flat. On a 11-19, the NPC is a fan and the band member makes all charisma-based checks with advantage. On a 20, the NPC is a super fan and alerts the paparazzi to the band members presence, the band member still makes charisma-based checks with advantage.
