Military - Extra Rank One (Rider)

This background is for people in the Military. This specific version does not have a rank, and is for people who fight while riding a mount.  Characters with this background aren't good at regular fighting, but they are experts at fighting while mounted. Their mount is often well-trained, making it less likely to run away and also quite a bit tougher.People with this rank are neither high nor low, so there isn't really a proper way to greet them like the other ranks have. The benefits you gain from being a rider are listed below.

1. Anywhere you go, fellow soldiers will recognize you and will help you or your party. They might or might not order you around, but will always help you. They will also usually help your party, too.

3. If you do something wrong, like steal something, they will not hide you. Instead, they might turn you in.

 

4. Your mount has three extra hitpoints. If your mount has seven health points by default, your mount gains an extra three hit points when you choose this background. Ten hit points is not guaranteed, that was just an example.
