You are an Arcane Test Subject, A magical science experiment of some kind, whether it be as one from childhood, or a volunteer for a personal reason. Whatever the reason may be, you've lived around or exposed o magic so long, it's basically become part of your life.
Feature: Eldritch Side Effect
You have developed a strange side effect as the result of being an arcane test subject. You have a side effect die which is a d4 you can use as a reaction once per day, regaining the use of it on a long rest. Roll a d8 and the result determines which magic school effect is available to you. When you can use it depends on the school of testing you were subjected to:
