when dropped down to 10 or less health, you get immense power. this immense power gives you a +5 bonus to all skills for 3 of your turns, but afterwards you will become exhausted and need a long rest within 2 more turns or you risk dying for good. 

Tool Proficiencies: you have better strength with spears and heavy armor.
