As a planeswalker, you are someone of magical talents, whether or not you know how to cast magic does not prevent you from having a Spark. Normally, through the power of your spark, would have near omnipotence, incredible power and the ability to travel the multiverse with ease, but after an event known as the Mending, you have either lost your Spark or were severely depowered and the abilities that seperated you from the average magic user have become null and void. for those that have either gained a Spark, retained their Spark, or somehow managed to regained their lost Spark, the only thing that seperates them from other mages is the ability to travel the Multiverse.
