Maybe you heard of people summoning Heroic spirits of the past to assist in combat for relics of the past the possibilities are endless for a young talented mage. Magic is a tool as much as a blade, or shield your skills are only limited by your commitment.

When you attempt to learn or recall a piece of lore, if you do not know that information, you often know who you can ask for a lead. Usually, this information comes from a library, specific book, a guy that knows a guy, or a Mage or other learned person or creature. Your DM might rule that the knowledge you seek is secreted away in an almost inaccessible place, or that it simply cannot be found. Unearthing the deepest secrets of the multiverse can require an adventure or even a whole campaign.
You Knew that the Clocktower is typically for those magically inclined but with some of the courses if you show the right grit and skill who cares about your (innability to preform/lack luster)magecraft. Your the type to be brawn over brain.
You have attracted admiration among spectators, fellow athletes, and trainers in the region that hosted your past athletic victories. When visiting any City within 100 miles of where you grew up, there is a 50 percent chance you can find someone there who admires you and is willing to provide information and potentially shelter.
Between adventures, you might compete in athletic events sufficient enough to maintain a comfortable lifestyle, as per the "Practicing a Profession" downtime activity in chapter 8 of the Players Handbook
