This Background grants you a feat of your choice. This comes at the cost of -2 to an attribute and -1 to another attribute of your choice. You need to add the feat from the character sheet. Go to the "features and traits" tab, scroll to the bottom, and there's a "manage feats" button. Then choose a feat of your choice. You will have to manually lower the attributes from the character sheet. You also gain no proficiencies from this background.
