Custom Background (2024, 2 Skills, 1 Tool, 1 Language) V1.1

This is meant to be a mechanical modification of the Custom Background to work with the 2024 rules. The 2024 rules states that all backgrounds give a feat, however, when using legacy backgrounds or custom background you do not get an origin feat. This background should allow you the same mechanical choices of the current custom background, along with the ability to choose a feat. 

Note, this background does not provide any ability improvements. This is intentional. When using any background not found in the 2024 Handbook, you can choose origin ability score improves on the abilities section of the character creation. If I were to include ability improvements in the background, you would get them twice. 

Please note as well, that I made three versions of this background. Mechanically, the only way I personally knew how to give you all the options of the current custom background was to split it into three backgrounds.
