Whether you're a traditional artist, a woodcarver, a musician, or something else, you have some sort of an artistic skill. This could have come through years of training under a mentor/organization, or maybe you were just born with a natural talent and have been improving your abilities ever since. Either way, you can create masterpieces that will inspire many people in your area, or even across the continent or planet, depending on your popularity.
- Skill Proficiencies: Choose two skills to become proficient in. Acrobatics, Nature, Performance, Persuasion or Sleight of Hand.
- Tool Proficiencies: You gain proficiency in one Artist's tools or any musical instrument of your choice.
- Equipment: Artist's Tools, a set of common clothes and a belt pouch with 10gp.
No matter your level of popularity, there is at least a small group of people who admire your art. Those people will come to your aid without much question and support your whenever you're in their presence. They will also be likely to purchase any of your art for a higher sum than any other person would. Determine with your DM the level of influence your character has had on the artistic world as a whole and what group of people would be included in this feature (including the general size of the group). Make sure to tie this in with your character's backstory.
