Wether you were abandonned as a child or claimed by a witcher, you spent your childhood training to become one. After several years of harsh living conditions, combat training and lessons on magical creatures and monsters you eventually ingested the alchemical mutagenic compound that gives the witchers their superhuman traits and abilities.
