This guild of mages went and started to hunt down all participating militia members. Death was to easy for you. These mages slaughtered your children and your partner in life, framing you for their murders.
When the local guards came to collect you for your accused crimes a brief glimpse of hope was shown to you. With the aid of your ex-militia members they prevented your untimely death at the gallows. Now, with freedom and nothing with you but your hatred for mages, you begin to hunt.
