When choosing this background for your character you must ask yourself these questions: Is your character self taught? Are they a natural at what they do, or must they work as hard as they can everyday? Is your character struggling or successful? If they are indeed good at what they do, are they well known or new to the artist scene? Do they have a high opinion of themselves or are they humble? What has brought them into the world of adventuring? Did they choose to follow a band of warriors for inspiration? Or are they caught in the midst of a mess they cant get out of?

Prior to taking missions and quests, your life was creating art. However People never appreciated your works enough, your pieces were destroyed by critiques, it felt like there was nothing you could do anymore. You still paint, since art is your passion, but the voices just keep on getting louder. It seems like everything you heard, burned itself into your mind, making you critique yourself more, than anyone else could ever.
The mission will have to make up for the gold that your art wont give you. But somehow, the quests, the adrenaline, the thought of succeeding at something, makes it so interesting to you.
