In life you died owing a great debt or had unfinished business. In death you were approached by the Raven Queen herself and offered a second chance to complete your quest or repay what was owed. In return, you have been asked to serve the dark maiden and complete a specific task by her, whether that be shepherding souls, slaying a foul creature, or collecting an item of great importance to the Raven Queen. Those who serve the Lady of Fate are privy to mysteries others view with envy and she has granted you extraordinary abilities to complete your dark purpose.
- Skill Proficiencies: Two of Arcana, Investigation, Religion, Sleight of hand.
- Tool Proficiencies: One tool of your choice.
- Languages: One of Celestial or Abyssal.
- Equipment: A backpack, a set of traveler’s clothes, a trinket that reminds you of your past life, and a pouch containing 10 gp
How you came to live among colossal creatures is up to you to determine, but the Foundling Origin table suggests a variety of possibilities.

Building an Agent of the Raven Queen Character
Your previous life has given you a unique perspective. Though you are raised to complete a specific task for the Raven Queen, you may feel an unexplainable urge to resume your previous life. Or maybe that past life catches up to you.
You gain either the Fighting Initiate feat or Magic initiate feat.
