Starborn (Starfield)

You lived in another dimension where space travel was common.  Then you came across a strange artifact that gave you a strange vision when you touched it.  You found more artifacts and after assembling them all like a puzzle, they transported you to a place beyond time and space.  The Unity.  Created by an unknown civilization and connected to the very threads that connect all dimensions.  You were given a choice.  Return to your previous life or enter the Unity and be reborn as something new.  Become a Starborn and be transported to another dimension.  You might seek the artifacts again and pass through the Unity again.  Many Starborn do as each new passage through makes them more powerful than the last in an endless cycle. Is this your first passage?  A new one?  How many times have you been?  Can you even remember?

d4	Ideal
1	You are Starborn. What is has always been and will be again. This is the Unity.
2	I can't allow my knowledge to influence the future of this dimension. They must find their own way.
3	Perhaps I'll try indulging myself this time. After all it isn't my dimension and being bad might be fun.
4	The race to the Unity requires strength and the more trips through bestows more power each time. Nothing will stand in my way.

1	Those that I knew before may or may not be in this dimension. I always seem to find them somehow.
2	New dimension. New people. New friends. New experiences. The diversity of the universe in all its wonder.
3	The people of this dimension are expendable assets. A means to an end in getting to the Unity once more.

d2	Flaw
1	I protect my knowledge of certain outcomes even if it means losing a loved one. Again.
2	I've become apathetic. Nothing seems to matter any more.
