Your specialty defines the kinds of signs you are able to read. Your abilities are attuned to a related set of phenomena from which you glean information. For example, pyromancy not only grants you the ability to interpret flames, but also omens such as charcoal, ash, smoke, embers, sparks, and even the melted wax of a candle.

When signs of your divination specialty are present in the environment nearby, you are able to read them without actively seeking knowledge of future events. This skill is effectively the same as if you were to cast Augury. You become aware if the current activity in which you are engaged will bring woe in the near future.
