No matter where you are, be it a tavern or a keep, other Dragonborn can clearly recognize you as an outcast, and they will treat you as such. They will carry open disdain for you, and all rolls you make regarding them will carry disadvantage.
However, if you come across any other Dragonborn that have also been banished from their respective clans, you will have advantage on any rolls regarding them. This is due to their sympathy for your similar situation. They will also be openly friendly, no matter the circumstances, and will treats as though they would a family member.
