Prerequisite: Planescape Campaign
You have been born, raised, or gifted with unusual reflexes or other physical abilities normally only found in beasts of the wilds. What you do with them is your choice, but opportunities to use them keep arising. Perhaps that’s why you took up the role of adventurer – to use these abilities to help the needy or generate inordinate wealth for yourself at high risk of danger and death.
- Skill Proficiencies: Perception, Stealth
- Tool Proficiencies: Two of your choice
- Equipment: A small bone, tooth, scale, or other wild trophy, two toolsets of your choice, fishing tackle, a hunting trap, a grappling hook, 50 feet of hempen rope, a set of traveler’s clothes and a pouch containing 5 gp
Your body has adapted to win the most dangerous game: survival of the fittest. You gain your choice of one of the following feats:
• Amphibious (Manual of the Planes)
• Fight or Flight (Manual of the Planes)
• Poison Barbs (Manual of the Planes)
In addition, you know how to scavenge or secure food for yourself and a number of other creatures equal to your Proficiency Bonus from the environment you grew up in.
Suggested Characteristics
You are never without reminders of your abilities, be they perhaps gills, fangs, or a heightened sense for detecting danger. The Wild Thing Personality Traits table suggests traits you might adopt for your character.
