Everything comes at a cost, especially life. Healing the criminals and the lowlifes goes hand in hand with healing the innocent; in fact, you'll anyone for the right price or even botch a surgery for the right price. Loyalty can be bought. Hippa? Never heard of her. It doesn't exist in the back alleys of dark and dingy places. Sure, you may practice medicine and healing, but no one ever said you were a good person. Remember, nothing comes free in life.
- Skill Proficiencies: Proficiency in Medicine and two choices from the following: Deception, Intimidation, Persuasion, or Perception.

People owe you, whether it be in gold or their lives. Finding someone to do your bidding is easy. Even easier, making offers they can't refuse. You roll with advantage in the case of blackmailing (intimidation checks) someone you have treated before who still owes you. Also, you roll with advantage when the individual (humanoid) you are interacting with has a disease or injury you are capable of treating when they have an intelligence of 5 or higher.
Suggested Characteristics
You follow your own set of ethics. After all, everyone eventually needs a doctor. Do you have a soft spot for the homeless or the elderly? Maybe innocent children? Are you driven by greed or by pride? Is there a reason you do this, or is it just for the money or power? Is this all to protect someone you love or to seek revenge on a system that failed you? This might even be how things are; everyone must fight to survive. These are the questions you must ask yourself.
Suggested alignments are Chaotic Good or Neutral and True Neutral.
